🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Aranya Herbs

📦 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns/replacements only under the following conditions:

  • ✅ Product received is damaged, defective, or leaked
  • ✅ Wrong product delivered
  • ✅ Product is unused and in original packaging

❗ We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Change of mind
  • Personal dislike (e.g., fragrance, texture, results expectation)

⏳ Return Request Timeline

  • You must raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

📸 Proof Required

To process your request, please share:

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
  • Product images showing the issue
  • Order ID details

🔄 Replacement Policy

  • Once verified, we will ship a replacement product at no extra cost
  • Replacement will be processed within 2–4 business days

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Replacement is not available, or
  • Issue cannot be resolved

Refund details:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • No return shipping charges for damaged or incorrect products
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
