We accept returns/replacements only under the following conditions:
- β Product received is damaged, defective, or leaked
- β Wrong product delivered
- β Product is unused and in original packaging
β We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened products
- Change of mind
- Personal dislike (e.g., fragrance, texture, results expectation)
β³ Return Request Timeline
- You must raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted

To process your request, please share:
- Clear unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
- Product images showing the issue
- Order ID details

π Replacement Policy
- Once verified, we will ship a replacement product at no extra cost
- Replacement will be processed within 2β4 business days
π° Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
- Replacement is not available, or
- Issue cannot be resolved
Refund details:
- Processed within 5β7 business days after approval
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI
π Shipping Charges
- No return shipping charges for damaged or incorrect products
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
β Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
